Nicole Riche
Dance Faculty
Nicole Riche has been a fixture at the Neighborhood Playhouse for over 20 years. She brings the basics of dance and movement to all grade levels in a fun and creative way. Nicole performed with the companies of Senta Driver, Rudy Perez, Walter Nicks and Charles Weidman. She was an artist in residence at the American Dance Festival in New London, CT and Duke University with American Broadcasting for the Arts. She has toured the country teaching master classes including master classes on teaching dance to children. She founded and directed the Stillwater Playgroup summer camp for children ages 5-12. Nicole was guest artist at the Dance Festival of Montpellier, France for 10 years and currently teaches anatomy/physiology at PNWBOCES. Nicole is a certified Sivananda Yoga teacher and holds a BA from Sarah Lawrence College and a MS from Teachers College, Columbia University.
Charles "Ted" Dalbotten has been playing piano at the Junior School for well over 40 years! The kids and parents are very fond of this dynamic duo. Graduate of the Neighborhood Playhouse in 1948, Dance Accompanist in the adult program from 1987-1990 and dance accompanist in the Junior School from 1987-2015!
