A proud native New Yorker, Danielle grew up in the Happiest Place On Earth: Queens. She is of Italian and Spanish descent. With such vivacious DNA flowing through her, Danielle took an interest in the arts at the age of 3. She began training in dance with Rockettes and Broadway Vets.
Her passion led her to audition for the renowned Fiorello. H LaGuardia High School of Music & Art & Performing Arts where she beat out 3,000 applicants for a seat in the Drama Department. She found herself on stage shortly after in numerous productions such as City of Angels, Noises Off and her favorite A Chorus Line (Cassie). Soon after the days of dancing on cafeteria tables were over, she went on to study Musical Theatre at AMDA (American Musical Dramatic Academy).
Immediately after graduation, Danielle joined the touring company of Rock of Ages. Shortly after she went on and played the role of Maria in a regional production of the Dolly Parton’s Musical 9 to 5. Danielle would find herself back on the road again with another 80’s musical, Flashdance: The Musical as Tess and Saturday Night Fever as the lead Stephanie Mangano. Danielle went on to originate the role of Lucy at the New Group’s World Premiere of Clueless: The Musical. She was last seen playing Waitress #1 and understudying Sherrie in Rock of Ages at New World Stages.
She has performed at Radio City Music Hall, The Beacon Theatre and many more. Danielle has a passion for teaching and choreographing. She is ecstatic about being a part of the Neighborhood Playhouse team!
